PYROLYSIS WASTE DISPOSAL

The Novasvit company offers a set of equipment batch control unit, which is designed for the disposal of any type of hydrocarbon-containing waste using the low-temperature pyrolysis (thermolysis) method.

The nature of the processed raw materials:

Manufactured products:

  •   Refuse-Derived Fuel separated into light and heavy fractions. A wide range of applications, in particular for the heating of enterprises and private houses, in the working processes of asphalt plants, drying units and in the agro-industrial complex. After additional cleaning and processing, you can get diesel fuel and gasoline
  • Synthesis gas - close to natural gas - is used as a fuel for the operation of the plant. The surplus can be sent to boiler houses or other power generating enterprises
  • Mineral residue - as an inert filler for building materials, for filling and structuring the relief, etc.
  • Technical carbon - as an additive in the production of rubber products, as a pigment in paint and varnish production, in the production of cable compound, etc. After activation, you can get a new product activated carbon.
  • Thermal energy - for the needs of air or water heating of industrial premises

Equipment installation requires:

  • concreted platform 40 - 200 m2 and a metal canopy 8 m high (or a workshop room of similar size, explosion category "G")
  • power supply system -- 15 kW, 220/380 V, 50 Hz
  • exhaust ventilation with an air exchange rate in the room 3 (for the workshop room);
  • lifting mechanisms - a hoist or crane with a lifting capacity of at least 3 tons, as well as a forklift truck (at least 1.5 tons)
