TECHNOLOGY FOR OBTAINING THE REAGENT (AdBlue)

For the long-term and correct operation of the exhaust gas neutralization system, the purity of the reducing agent is very important. Any pollution, non-compliance with the proportions of the solution and the presence of impurities in it disrupt the course of chemical reactions, which generally leads to clogging of the centers of an expensive catalyst, shortening its lifetime.

The technology for obtaining the reagent (analogue of AdBlue) is the dissolution of carbonic acid diamide in water of the highest degree of purification (ultrapure), followed by purification on filters with a micron rating of not more than 0.1 microns.

The pure product obtained on our equipment not only reduces, saving the supply of reagent to the system, but also avoids clogging of the previous filter, which has a very positive effect on the operation of the pump, which doses and prevents clogging of nozzles and catalyst.
